I lost weight on my own exercise program, but my stomach wasn't flat till I met you.
Tony Little: First of all, I’m 39 years old. A few years back, I decided to so something about my weight. So, I exercised 45 minutes a day. My own exercise which included 50 sit-ups in the morning and 50 more at night. I weighed 170 pounds and lost 40 pounds in a six month period. I never diet, but my stomach went down but it wasn’t firm and as small as I wanted. So, I ordered your tape and I love it. I do it at nights, every night, seven nights a week. My stomach is firm and solid. My husband said, ?He could tell a big difference and for me to keep up the good work.? I just wish I could get him to exercise, but he won’t. You just tell him anything, but I encourage anybody if they want to sharpen their image to try the tape. It’s GREAT! One must have will-power and determination to loose weight and control it.
