Lost 15 pounds in four months.

Dear Tony: I lost 15 pounds in a four month period of time. I used your Target Training Vols. 1 and 2, also the One-On-One dual action stepper. Since then, I have used Vol. 3 and Fat Free 1 and 2. I faithfully do both the stepper and tapes throughout the week. I also walk when I get a chance. I did (and still do) watch what I eat. I try to abide by “healthy” eating habits. (No Starvation) Low-fat, high fiber, and try to cut down on “Junk Foods”. I also drink a lot of water throughout the day. I have maintained the weight loss within 2-4 pounds up or down.
