5/2/95 Dear Tony: I started my diet and exercise program on April 16, 1994. I weighed in at 250 pounds. By January of 1995, I was down to 122 pounds. I now fluctuate between 117 - 125 pounds. I used Tony Little’s Fat-Free exercise tapes exclusively and my own diet program. The diet consisted of no fats, milk products, red meats, salt, breads, potato and potato products, sugars or starches. My diet consisted of fresh fruits, veggies, chicken, fish veal, turkey, coffee, diet soda, diet fuel bars, and 90 calorie yogurt. I used your program 4 days a week and am very happy with the results to say the least. I went from a size 22 to 6 that I wear today. Panty size from 8 to 6. Bra size from 44C to 34B XXL to small in tops and bottoms. Shoe size from 9 ½ to 8. Jeans from God knows what to 27-28 today. I have maintained since January, in fact, my body has changed since January, too. Weight seems to be redistributing itself. I also use the Ab Isolator but, admittedly, not as faithfully as before.
