The manufacturer is responsible for items still under warranty.  Most manufacturers will require proof of purchase to verify the warranty.  Each manufacturer has it’s own warranty/replacement policy.  Please contact the appropriate manufacturer.

We strive to get your orders to you as quickly as possible. Most orders are shipped the next business day after they are placed. Depending on the order, we use a combination of carriers including but not limited to USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days. Food items are subject to different shipping dates to ensure that they are delivered while they are cold and fresh. Items that are drop shipped directly from the manufacturer can take 2-3 weeks to ship.

International Customers

Not all items may be shipped outside of the US. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. It is important to note that you will have to pay custom duties, taxes and brokerage fees on the items you purchased and that these local fees are not included in your order. All refused shipments will be charged to cover shipping cost both ways. This amount will not be refunded to your credit card.

Shipping in Multiple Packages

If your order includes several items, they may ship separately and at different times. So that we can deliver your purchases to you as efficiently as possible, items which ship from the same location are grouped together.

Returns & Replacement

30-day Satisfaction Guarantee

Tony Little stands by every product we sell and we want you to be completely satisfied with the purchase you make. If any Tony Little purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return the item within 30 days from the date of order for a refund (excluding original shipping charges). You are responsible for the cost of the return shipping charges unless the return is a result of our error or you are returning a defective product.

CD’s or DVD’s that have been opened can be returned for a partial refund of 50% (excluding shipping). Returns will not be accepted after 30 days of the order date. CD’s or DVD’s can be exchanged if unopened. Customer will pay for shipping to return the item. In addition, customer will authorize to bill for additional shipping costs as well as any difference in pricing between products.

  1. When doing return shipping properly package merchandise.
  2. Ship the package back using the carrier of your choice. Please insure your package in case of loss or damage.
  3. Once merchandise has been received we will refund the monies (excluding original shipping charges).
  4. Please note: When returning via the standard return label, we encourage you to protect yourself from loss or theft by insuring the return shipment. Please save the receipt until you receive your refund or exchange. We regret that we will not be able to issue a credit or refund for any items that are damaged or lost in shipping. NOTE: Return shipping costs for items shipped directly from the manufacturer may vary.
