Tony Little - Fitness Formulas Are you a helpless chocolate addict? An aerobic diva who still can't beat the bulge? Lost your focus? Maybe I can help solve some of your dilemmas like how to avoid those tempting treats, how to treat a broken heart with exercise, how to get off the yo-yo of dieting, and how to treat a muscle injury or tear, plus more!

Q: Divorce Depression

Dear Tony,

My divorce is finally final. I was married just three years, but that was plenty of time to have a child and go from a size 4 to a size 16. My friends know how depressed I have been with my weight gain and divorce so they’ve invited me along on a singles cruise in six months. Can you give me some pointers to get shipshape, fast?

Q: The Best-Ever Ab Exercise

Dear Tony,

How can I get a “six-pack” of abs? I’m lean and sort of have a “four-pack” going for me, but I really want the abs of a hardcore fitness woman. Can I do this without dieting myself into anorexia? What is the best ab exercise to get what I want?

Q: Aerobic Diva Who Can't Beat the Bulge

Dear Tony,

I work out doing 50 minutes of aerobics three times a week. When I first started three years ago, I lost about ten pounds. My weight stayed the same for about a year, then I started gaining it back, and now I weigh two pounds more than when I started. Do I need to do more aerobics?

Q: Stressed 'til I Can't Take it Anymore!

Dear Tony,

What can I say. I separated from my husband last year, the divorce was final in December, in January he married in some young thing he met on the internet and now lives across town from me with her three children. He barely sees our child, who is 12 and acting out his rage. He has been expended from school for fighting and his grades are barely passing. My company laid me off last month. I’m frustrated and anxious. I feel out of control. As you can imagine, my health has suffered and bodyweight increased.

I know I need to go back to the gym, but will it have any positive effects on my high level of stress?
