Dear Tony, I'm writing this letter to let you know what a
difference your programs have made in my
life.
When I started, I weighed 245 pounds and
had a 42 inch waist. In just 10 weeks, I weighed 190
pounds and had a 36 inch waist! I
couldn't believe I lost all that weight by
doing those exercises 5 days a week, 5-7 minutes a
day.
I also followed your advice about
cardiovascular exercise. I began walking for 30 minutes a day,
and finished by walking 5 miles a day, 7 days a
week!
I now sport a 180 pound body and a 30
inch waist. I lost a combined total of 65 pounds and 45 inches
around my body! I love the new me. Sometimes I can't believe
the change in my life. I have gone from X-tra large shirts and
42 jeans to Medium shirts and 34 jeans! Those were new clothes
I was happy to buy!
I looked at pictures of my old self, and
asked my friends how could they let me look like that? I
thought I was happy at the time I was overweight, but I was
wrong. I am thrilled with my new looks! I have kept the weight
off for over a year! Some people still can't believe that I've
lost the weight and kept it off. You have changed my whole
life! I just can't thank you enough.
